About the job Business Development Associate

Key responsibilities:

  • Work directly with Ripples' co-founders and leadership to understand our full-service offerings
  • Lead the creation of business plans, pitch decks, and proposals for brand partners
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic recommendations on e-commerce and social commerce
  • Drive cross-Business unit collaboration across Marketing Communication, Creator Management, eCommerce Shop management, Live Studio to execute campaigns and go-to-market strategies
  • Build and expand client relationships, partnerships, and networks for long-term growth
  • Represent Ripples at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and client feedback to refine strategies and identify new opportunities

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, consulting, commercial strategy, or startups (for Senior Associate)
  • Open to fresh graduates with strong track records and leadership experience (for Associate)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both internal and external
  • Understanding of e-commerce or social platforms like TikTok, Shopee, Lazada is preferred
  • Fluent in Thai and English; other languages are a plus
