About the job Business Development Associate
Key responsibilities:
- Work directly with Ripples' co-founders and leadership to understand our full-service offerings
- Lead the creation of business plans, pitch decks, and proposals for brand partners
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic recommendations on e-commerce and social commerce
- Drive cross-Business unit collaboration across Marketing Communication, Creator Management, eCommerce Shop management, Live Studio to execute campaigns and go-to-market strategies
- Build and expand client relationships, partnerships, and networks for long-term growth
- Represent Ripples at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Analyze market trends, competition, and client feedback to refine strategies and identify new opportunities
What We're Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in business development, consulting, commercial strategy, or startups (for Senior Associate)
- Open to fresh graduates with strong track records and leadership experience (for Associate)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both internal and external
- Understanding of e-commerce or social platforms like TikTok, Shopee, Lazada is preferred
- Fluent in Thai and English; other languages are a plus
