Role Overview

The E-commerce Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring seamless product flow from inbound to fulfillment across multiple sales channels (e.g., TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada).

This role focuses on inventory accuracy, fulfillment efficiency, cost optimization, and vendor coordination, supporting high-volume, fast-paced e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full supply chain cycle: procurement inbound warehousing fulfillment last-mile coordination
  • Ensure smooth operations across live commerce, marketplace, and campaign-driven sales
  • Align supply planning with sales forecasts and campaign schedules
  • Oversee inventory control, stock accuracy, and reconciliation processes
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory turnover
  • Implement systems to prevent stock loss, damage, or discrepancies
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams for efficient picking, packing, and dispatch
  • Work closely with commercial and marketing teams to forecast demand
  • Support campaign planning (e.g., Double Day, Live events) with accurate stock allocation
  • Manage replenishment planning to avoid stockouts or overstock
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, brands, and logistics partners
  • Negotiate terms, lead times, and service levels
  • Ensure timely inbound delivery and quality compliance
  • Monitor and optimize fulfillment performance (lead time, SLA, delivery success rate)
  • Coordinate with 3PL partners and courier services
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities in logistics and operations
    • Track key supply chain KPIs such as:
      • Inventory accuracy
      • Order fulfillment rate
      • Delivery lead time
      • Cost per order
  • Use data to identify bottlenecks and improve operational efficiency
  • Design and implement SOPs for supply chain operations
  • Improve workflows using systems, tools, or automation
  • Collaborate with tech/BI teams to enhance reporting and system integration


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field
  • 5–8+ years of experience in supply chain or e-commerce operations
  • Experience in marketplace or live commerce environment is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of inventory management and fulfillment processes
  • Experience working with 3PL / warehouse systems / ERP
