Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate, proactive, and detail-oriented Account Executive / Senior Account Executive with direct experience in advertising, marketing, or digital agency environments. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results and drive client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a natural communicator, a strategic thinker, and a team player with a strong desire to learn and grow in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborative Project Development:
- Work in close partnership with the team lead to connect with the creative content team, media team, production team, e-commerce team, and live streaming team to seamlessly develop and execute projects based on client briefs.
- Client Communication & Relationship Management:
- Respond to client requests daily by providing clear, concise communication, presenting ideas, and ensuring alignment between the client and agency to achieve exceptional results.
- Brief Creation & Internal Coordination:
- Create, manage, and debrief internal teams with clear, actionable briefs, ensuring every detail is captured and aligned with client expectations.
- Project Timeline Management:
- Develop and manage tentative working timelines, ensuring all project milestones are achieved on schedule. Keep teams on track and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
- Strategic Support & Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct competitor analysis to support strategic planning and provide valuable insights for team development. Ensure that the strategic approach is always informed and competitive.
- Client Feedback & Follow-up:
- Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams by collecting feedback, managing expectations, and ensuring that client needs are addressed promptly and thoroughly.
- Presentation Development:
- Create and consolidate presentation decks, ensuring that each section of the project is clearly communicated, well-structured, and aligned with client expectations.
- Meeting Leadership & Coordination:
- Organize, schedule, and lead internal and external meetings. Take charge of client-facing sessions, presenting ideas and solutions with clarity and professionalism.
- Budget Management:
- Oversee and manage budgets effectively, ensuring that projects stay within the allocated financial framework while delivering excellent results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a digital agency environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills.
- Experience in online platforms, particularly TikTok, is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Canva.
- A strong foundation in advertising and marketing principles.
