Responsibilities:
1. Project Management
- Manage live event projects end-to-end, from briefing to project closure.
- Plan project timelines, define scope of work, and allocate resources effectively.
- Control project budgets and manage costs to meet targets.
- Coordinate professionally with Live Production, Creative, Technical, and Account Management teams.
2. Show & Stage Control
- Develop the event Run Down, Show Flow, and activity sequence.
- Prepare and manage Cue Sheets for lighting, sound, visuals, and video systems.
- Coordinate closely with Live Production and Technical teams.
- Oversee rehearsals (Rehearsal / Technical Run-through) and manage on-site execution.
- Control show timing and pacing, while handling unexpected situations effectively.
- Ensure readiness of guests, MCs, and all involved parties before going live.
- Maintain the quality of visuals, lighting, sound, and overall live experience to align with the brand image and event objectives.
3. Team Management & Coaching
- Supervise, guide, and coach Project Management Executives who manage smaller-scale projects.
- Assign responsibilities and track progress across multiple projects.
- Improve team workflows and elevate operational standards.
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years of Project Management experience in Event Organizer, Production House, Creative Agency, Live Production, or the Entertainment Industry (e.g., concerts, product launches, ceremonies, or live events involving run down planning and show control).
- Strong understanding of Live Event Technical Systems such as lighting, sound, visuals, video, cue systems, and rehearsal processes (Rehearsal / Technical Run-through) will be a strong advantage.
- Ability to prepare Run Down, MC Scripts, Cue Sheets, and Show Flow in a structured manner.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to control the pacing of live events.
- Excellent coordination skills when working with Live Production teams, MCs, technical teams, guests, and other stakeholders.
- Experience in team leadership or team supervision.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with a clear understanding of the overall live event production process.
