Front End Developer (React and Pixi)

Job Context:

Riseup Labs is looking for a talented Front-End Developer with strong expertise in React and a deep understanding of Pixi.js to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building interactive, high-performance web applications and animations. You will collaborate closely with our design and development teams to bring creative concepts to life while ensuring clean, maintainable code.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive, interactive web applications using React.
• Implement high-performance 2D graphics and animations using Pixi.js.
• Work with TypeScript to build scalable and maintainable codebases.
• Manage application state using Redux Toolkit.
• Integrate animations and timelines with GSAP for smooth, engaging user experiences.
• Utilize Spine library to implement skeletal animations where required.
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and backend developers to deliver interactive projects.
• Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and best practices.

Educational Requirements:

• B.Sc in Computer Science and Engineering/ Graduation from any reputed public or private university.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Pixi.js for rendering 2D graphics and animations.
• Familiarity with Redux Toolkit for state management.
• Experience with GSAP for complex animations.
• Knowledge of Spine library for skeletal animations is a must.
• Solid understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications : 

• Experience in game development or interactive media projects.
• Understanding of performance optimization for web-based graphics
• Prior experience with 2D animation workflows in a web context.

• Uttara, Dhaka

Work Time: 02.00 PM- 11.00 PM 

Salary: 

• Negotiable
