Role Overview
The Media Buying Specialist will lead the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid digital advertising campaigns. This role is responsible for driving high-quality enrolment enquiries through strategic media buying across platforms including Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms
• Develop audience targeting strategies based on demographics, interests, geography, and behavior
• Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to improve performance and cost efficiency
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, headlines, landing pages, and calls-to-action
• Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and spend pacing
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics tools
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad assets
• Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
• Provide recommendations to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and return on ad spend
• Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, trends, and advertising best practices
• Coordinate closely with the call center and social media teams to align campaign messaging and lead flow

Qualifications

• Proven experience in media buying and paid digital advertising
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and TikTok Ads
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, analytics, and campaign optimization
• Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions
• Experience managing lead generation or education-related campaigns is preferred
• Familiarity with CRM systems, landing page optimization, and retargeting strategies
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under deadlines
• Creative thinking with strong problem-solving capabilities

Work-Time:

  • 02.00 PM -11.00 PM (BDT) (01.00 PM- 10.00 PM (PKT))

Salary: 

  • Negotiable (Based on experience and skills).
