Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Full-Cycle Outbound Sales Representative with proven expertise in cold calling and closing deals end-to-end. This role is focused on engaging cold prospects, delivering compelling sales pitches, handling objections in real time, and closing deals on the same call, including collecting payment. This is not an appointment-setting position. The ideal candidate is a confident closer who can take full ownership of the sales cycle and consistently convert outbound conversations into revenue. The role targets U.S.-based business owners, primarily within the local SEO and digital marketing space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls (150–300 calls per day) to U.S.-based prospects
  • Manage the full sales cycle independently: prospecting, pitching, objection handling, closing, and payment collection.
  • Engage directly with business owners and decision-makers.
  • Deliver persuasive and value-driven sales presentations tailored to prospect needs.
  • Handle objections confidently and adapt sales approach in real time.
  • Close deals on the same call while ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.
  • Accurately track daily activities, outcomes, and sales performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (lead generation and operations) to optimize targeting and conversion rates.
  • Meet and exceed defined sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of full-cycle outbound cold calling sales experience.
  • Proven track record of closing deals over the phone and collecting payment on the same call.
  • Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent English with a clear, confident, and neutral accent.
  • Experience speaking with U.S.-based clients and understanding their buying behavior
  • Ability to work independently and think beyond scripted conversations
  • High level of resilience, persistence, and target-driven mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of experience selling local SEO or digital marketing services
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
  • Experience working in a high-performance, KPI-driven sales environment.

Workplace: 

  • Uttara, Dhaka (On-Site)

Work-Time:

  • 08.00 PM -05.00 AM

Salary: 

  • Negotiable (Based on experience and skills)
