Intern - Business Development

Job Context:

Riseup Labs is looking for  smart, enthusiastic, and career-oriented candidates to join our team. This position is ideal for fresh graduates who are interested in lead generation, business development, and international client communication. No prior experience is required- we will provide complete training.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation
• Research potential clients using LinkedIn, Google, Instagram, and other online platforms.
• Build and maintain prospect lists of fashion brands, photographers, e-commerce businesses, and creative agencies.
• Outreach Support
• Send personalized cold emails and LinkedIn messages under team guidance.
• Follow up with prospective clients.
• Schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
• Social Media Support
• Assist in publishing portfolio work, before-and-after images, blogs, and company updates on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Client Communication & respond to basic client inquiries professionally.
• Coordinate free trial requests and communicate with internal teams.
• Market Research
• Research competitors and industry trends in photo retouching, e-commerce, fashion, and photography.
• Marketing Support
• Update Excel sheets, CRM, and marketing reports.
• Assist with presentations and promotional materials.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in BBA, Marketing, Business Studies, English, International Business, or any related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

 Required Qualifications:

• Good written and spoken English.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google Search.
• Good internet research skills.
• Strong willingness to learn and build a career in marketing and business development.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a good team player.

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing or Lead Generation.
• Basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop or the Photo Retouching industry will be an advantage.
• Internship or campus club experience will be a plus.

• Uttara, Dhaka

Working hour:

• 12.00 pm to 9.00 pm
