Job Context:

Riseup Labs is expanding its team and looking for 10 enthusiastic and customer-focused International Customer Support Specialist to provide top-notch support to international customers. The Call Center Agent will serve as the first point of contact for prospective families interested in an International School. The role focuses on handling inbound and outbound enquiries, responding promptly to leads, guiding parents through the admissions journey, scheduling Zoom consultations with senior staff, and maintaining a professional, warm, and values-aligned communication experience across global time zones.

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels within defined response time targets
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to prospective families based on lead assignments
• Qualify leads and guide families through the next steps of the enrolment process
• Schedule Zoom meetings and consultations with HIS senior staff
• Maintain accurate CRM records, call notes, and lead status updates
• Follow approved scripts, escalation procedures, and communication guidelines
• Provide clear information regarding enrolment processes, scheduling, and general school information
• Handle enquiries professionally while maintaining empathy, warmth, and strong communication etiquette
• Escalate complex educational or pastoral enquiries to the HIS internal team
• Participate in training, quality assurance reviews, and performance improvement sessions
• Support 24/7 rotational coverage requirements during campaign periods

Educational Requirements:

  • Minimum H.S.C/A-Levels or University Graduate.

Additional Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center operations, admissions support, or lead management
  •  Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  •  Strong interpersonal and active listening abilities
  •  Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment
  •  Experience using CRM systems and communication tools
  •  Ability to work rotational shifts, including weekends and overnight coverage if required
  •  Professional, patient, and customer-focused attitude
  •  Ability to follow structured processes while maintaining a personalized communication style
  •  Experience supporting education, online learning, or international clients is an advantage

Workplace: 

  • Uttara, Dhaka

Working Hours:

  • Day & Night Shift (Roaster Basis)

Salary: 

  • 120 Taka Per Hour+ Attendance Bonus+ Food Allowance+ Transport Allowance+ KPI. 
  • Weekly 2 holidays (Depends on Roaster)
