About the job Technical Sales Expert
Job Context:
Riseup Labs is searching for a driven Technical Sales Expert who will be responsible to involve and interact with clients, offering technical support, and collaborating with various teams to drive sales.
Job Responsibilities:
- Make cold calls, develop and qualify leads, conduct presentations, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
- Sell our software subscription plans perfectly and ensure that customers are renewing each month without dropping off.
- Manage and guide business analyst team for technical and functional aspects of RFP/RFI/RFQ/OTM/EOI.
- Create a Proposal & requirements specification document by gathering requirements.
- Partnering with OEM service provider.
- Participate in pre-sales efforts including: technical sales presentations, architecture design discussions, competitive displacement, proof-of-concept engagements, RFP/RFI responses, solution demonstrations, and technical workshops.
- Learn and understand hardware sales for different sectors like Infrastructure, Banks/Insurance, Telco, Government.
- Learn the technical details pertaining to how SaaS software works.
- Understand, recommend, and professionally sell additional products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, understand industry trends, and stay informed about competitor activities.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) major in Marketing or graduate in CSE (IT background will get preference).
Additional Requirements:
- Proven track record with impressive sales numbers and targets.
- Must have experience selling On-Demand, SaaS (Software as a Service) solution or subscription-based product to a diverse customer base.
- B2B sales experience within SaaS, Data, or Analytics industries.
- Strong understanding of cloud solution, hardware solution and licensing solutions.
- Strong experience in ERP, CRM, and Help desk product.
