About the job Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Job Context: Riseup Labs is looking for one SDR who can involve outbound prospecting in the BPO and contact center space—researching leads, personalizing outreach, and educating prospects on TextChat’s value. You’ll manage daily outreach activities, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams. Job Responsibilities:
  • Send 40–60 outbound messages daily (LinkedIn + email)
  • Use AI templates and prompts to personalize outreach
  • Run automated AI follow-up sequences (24h, 48h, 72h)
  • Manage and update CRM daily, including lead stages and notes
  • Move prospects through pipeline: New → Contacted → Engaged → Qualified → Booked → Closed
  • Book 2–3 demos per week and confirm appointments
  • Follow up with no-shows and reschedule as needed
  • Pitch Client's Product plans based on lead fit (Starter, Pro, DFY, high-tier campaigns)
  • Use AI scoring, suggestions, and daily task lists for prioritization
  • Submit daily activity logs and weekly performance summaries
Educational Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Job Requirements:
  • 1–2+ years of SDR or outbound lead generation experience
  • Strong written English skills
  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, or tech sales
  • Ability to handle high-volume outreach
  • Comfortable using CRM tools
  • Ability to follow structured scripts and workflows
  • Coachable and adaptable to AI-driven systems
Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach
  • Experience with cold email
  • Prior demo-booking in a SaaS environment
  • Familiarity with ChatGPT or other AI tools
  • Ability to work during U.S business hours
Working Hours:
  • 11 PM to 8 AM Bangladesh Time
