Junior Photo Retouching Expert

Job Context:

Retouching Labs is seeking an enthusiastic, fast-paced, and highly motivated candidate who can demonstrate good technical skills in photo retouching, image editing, and graphic design. The candidate should have good communication skills especially in terms of understanding the requirements to manage international clients and have flexibility with the timing. The candidate should stay motivated to deliver revisions according to feedback and changes considering the timeline.

Job Responsibilities:

• Great technical skills in photo retouching, image editing, and graphic design
• Strong understanding of relevant service field(s) and retouching techniques in:

1. Color Correction,
2. Photo Retouching,
3. Clipping path/Image masking,
4. Shadow correction,
5. Body retouching,
6. Ghost mannequin,
7. Professional Fashion Retouching,
8. Professional Product/e-commerce product Retouching,
9. Background enhancement/change,
10. Professional Jewelry retouching,
11. Professional Real estate retouching,

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other relevant photo editing software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Must have the ability to deliver within the timeline
• Must have the ability to quickly deliver revisions according to feedback and changes

Educational Requirements:

• Visual Arts-related degree, Degree in Photography, Design, related field, and/or previous experience in an equivalent work experience

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of commercial creative retouching experience and international client project

Additional Experience:

• Experience and knowledge in photography and product photography is a plus
• Familiarity with the Mac/Apple ecosystem is a plus 

Working Hours:

• 12 Pm - 9 Pm

Workplace: 

• Uttara, Dhaka
