Role Overview
The Social Media Manager will oversee the execution and day-to-day management of social media presence during the global enrolment campaign. The role focuses on content scheduling, community engagement, brand consistency, audience growth, and maintaining a professional and values-aligned online presence across multiple social platforms.
Responsibilities
• Develop and manage social media content calendars across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
• Schedule and publish approved content consistently according to campaign timelines
• Coordinate with internal creative teams for graphics, videos, and written content
• Repurpose long-form content into platform-specific short-form posts and video clips
• Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and community interactions across channels
• Respond to basic enquiries and escalate qualified leads to the admissions or call center team
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging
• Track platform performance, engagement metrics, audience growth, and campaign effectiveness
• Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports
• Stay informed about platform trends, content formats, and engagement strategies
• Assist with promotional campaigns, live events, webinars, and enrolment announcements
• Maintain consistency and professionalism across all public-facing communication
Qualifications
• Previous experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations
• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and social media best practices
• Experience with social media scheduling and management tools
• Excellent written English communication and copywriting skills
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting
• Ability to manage multiple platforms and deadlines simultaneously
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Experience in education, community management, or digital marketing is preferred
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content tools is an advantage
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills

- 02.00 PM -11.00 PM (BST), (04.00 PM- 01.00 AM (PHST))
Salary:
- Negotiable (Based on experience and skills).
