A well-established, private dental practice in the Greensboro, NC area is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join the team. With two hygienists, two experienced dental assistants, and a dependable front office staff, the practice runs smoothly and is highly trusted in the community. Ideal Candidate

• 2+ years of general dentistry experience preferred

• Comfortable with a steady, solo schedule

• Strong interpersonal skills and patient rapport

• DDS/DMD from an accredited program

• Active (or eligible) North Carolina dental license

• Committed to high-quality, ethical care

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary starting near $200,000 (negotiable), paid monthly

• 33% adjusted production bonus, whichever is higher

Practice & Schedule Highlights

• Schedule: MondayThursday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM (4-day workweek)

• Team: 1 general dentist, 2 hygienists, 2 dental assistants, front desk staff

• Operatories: 1 doctor operatory + 2 hygiene operatories

• PPO-only no Medicaid or HMO

• Digital systems and paperless records

• Strong word-of-mouth referral base and excellent community reputation
