About Eden Projects Ltd.:
We are one of Vancouver Island's premier outdoor living space design and build studios. Based in Victoria, BC, we specialize in bespoke custom residential landscapes, from complex multi-phase builds to curated garden renovations. We are a design-led, plant-driven studio with over 20 years of experience.
The Opportunity:
This is the role that sits at the centre of everything: coordinating across our design team, finance admin, and sales, keeping projects on track, budgets visible, and communications flowing. While our Creative Director leads client relationships and on-site build management, you own the internal engine.
While candidates are not required to carry a background in landscape or construction, it is beneficial. Successful candidates will be required to illustrate transferable skills, high standards, and the kind of calm, purposeful energy that makes a fast-moving studio feel effortless from the inside.
What You'll Own:
Project budgets, time logs and change order management
Running status meetings and team check-ins
Client progress updates and Friday team communications
Design lifecycle scheduling and Ready for Tender/Bid package prep
Liaison between our design and build divisions
Social media calendar management and content approvals
Supporting the finance admin with bi-weekly construction budgets
Leading internal efforts for awards, certifications, and brand-building initiatives
What We Offer:
$52,000 - $58,000/yr (Depending on experience)
Hybrid role - remote flexibility with collaborative in-person time at Eden HQ
Extended health benefits after 90 days
Annual performance bonus tied to company-wide growth
Work/life balance, we genuinely mean it. Flexibility is real here, provided the team is set up for success
A studio culture built on accountability, belonging, and the belief that great work happens when great people feel supported
What We're Looking For:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication
Confident in managing budgets, timelines, and data in spreadsheets
Self-directed with the ability to manage competing priorities
Experience coordinating teams or projects in any industry
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Trello, Zoom or similar tools
Bonus: experience with JobTread, Xero, Canva, Loom, or Adobe
You'll Thrive Here If You:
Self-directed and proactive, with the confidence to flag issues before they become problems
You know how to read the room and adjust your communication style accordingly
Comfortable being the glue, driving progress while keeping others empowered
Own your commitments and don't wait to be chased
Are comfortable in a creative, trades-adjacent environment
Our values: Enthusiasm. Accountability. The 3Cs — Contribution, Collaboration, Community.
If these values resonate with you, not just as words but as a way of working, we'd love to hear from you.
