Wage & Schedule
Wage: $45.00 to $55.00/hour (experience-based)
Job Type: Permanent Full-time
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM, 40 hours guaranteed
Work Details:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems
Complete service calls and preventative maintenance visits
Locate, diagnose, and report malfunctions in plumbing systems
Recommend repair solutions and communicate clearly with customers
Follow all safety regulations, building codes, and company protocols
Drive to multiple job sites daily using a company-provided vehicle
Support and mentor apprentices when needed

Who You Are:
The right mindset is more important than years of experience
5+ years of commercial plumbing experience
- Excellent customer service skills, personable, reliable, and professional
Strong communicator who can work independently and within a team
Organized, punctual, and able to problem-solve on the job
Requirements:
Red Seal Journeyperson Plumber (required)
Gas Ticket B (preferred)
Valid driver's license + clean driver's abstract
Ability to work safely and follow all regulations
Comfortable lifting 50 lbs
Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Participate in an on-call rotation schedule, every 12th weekend, and 1 weekday, with the opportunity to pick up extra hours
- Work in confined spaces
- Must be eligible to obtain a satisfactory criminal record check
