$24 to $28/hr | Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm | Permanent Full-Time

Since 1989, Westisle Heating & Cooling has provided 24/7 heating and cooling services in Duncan and across the Cowichan Valley. We repair, maintain and install furnaces, heat pumps, ductless splits, air conditioning, boilers, refrigeration, ice machines and rooftop units for residential and commercial customers. We're a small, collaborative team and part of a fast-growing group of companies.

We're hiring a full-time, permanent Service Dispatcher for our Duncan office. This is a busy, blended dispatch and customer service role, weekdays only. You'll be the hub between our customers, technicians and office, and you'll report to our Service Administration Manager.

What You'll Do:

• Schedule and dispatch technicians for residential and commercial service and install work

• Answer inbound calls promptly and handle customer inquiries professionally

• Create accurate work orders in Service Fusion

• Coordinate residential installs, including sub-trades, equipment ordering and site readiness

• Make outbound calls to residential customers to book maintenance visits 

• Submit equipment warranty paperwork weekly

• Keep customers updated when timelines change

What You Bring:

• Experience in dispatch, customer service or administrative coordination; no HVAC experience needed

• Confident on the phone, organized and good at handling a high volume of calls and tasks

• Comfortable with computers and Microsoft Office

• Field service software experience (Service Fusion, ServiceTitan or similar) is an asset, not required

• High school diploma or equivalent

Coming from towing, trucking, courier, logistics, call centre, hospitality, retail or another customer-facing role? We'd like to hear from you. We'll train you on the HVAC side.
