About the Role

Rivka is seeking a Project Manager specialized in technology projects to join our growing team. This role requires a professional with 3+ years of experience managing end-to-end technical initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining strong relationships with international clients, particularly in the U.S.

The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of both internal technology solutions and client-facing digital projects, driving efficiency, clarity, and results in a dynamic startup-style environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technology-focused projects from planning and scope definition to execution, delivery, and closure.
  • Act as the primary liaison for international (U.S. and global) clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on deliverables.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable technical tasks.
  • Manage project documentation, including roadmaps, technical requirements, timelines, and progress reports.
  • Identify risks, resolve issues, and adapt project plans to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Promote and implement agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to optimize workflows.
  • Participate in regular meetings with Rivka's leadership team to review project progress and align with strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in technology or digital projects.
  • Strong background in client communication and stakeholder management, preferably with U.S.-based companies.
  • English proficiency: B2 or higher (oral and written).
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Based in Mexico with availability for occasional in-person meetings.
  • Hands-on experience or technical background in software development or IT projects.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), or data-driven projects.
  • Ability to manage budgets, resources, and KPIs in a technology environment.
