Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Scrum Master to support enterprise-level technology initiatives within a complex and fast-paced environment. This role will be responsible for coordinating Agile project activities, monitoring execution progress, facilitating collaboration across teams, and ensuring alignment with project objectives and delivery timelines.

The ideal candidate has strong experience managing multiple development projects simultaneously, working closely with technical and business stakeholders, and driving Agile best practices across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Coordinate and monitor project planning and execution activities across multiple initiatives.

  • Track project progress, risks, blockers, dependencies, and delivery timelines.

  • Manage team capacity and support resource planning aligned with project priorities.

  • Generate regular project status updates, reporting, progress documentation and coordination among stakeholders.

  • Ensure alignment with Agile best practices and software quality standards.

  • Contribute to software delivery governance and quality assurance processes.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within Agile delivery processes.

Must Have Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in project management and/or Scrum Master roles within technology environments.

  • Strong hands-on experience working within Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum.

  • Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Experience coordinating software development projects in enterprise environments.

  • Knowledge of Software Quality Assurance standards and methodologies, including ISO 25000.

  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or workstreams.

  • Advanced English and Spanish communication skills.

  • Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills.

  • Experience with project tracking and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile collaboration tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Scrum Master certification.

  • PMP certification.

  • Postgraduate degree or specialization related to Project Management, Agile, or Software Engineering.

  • Knowledge or exposure to CMMI frameworks.

  • Experience supporting cloud, software development, or enterprise platform initiatives.

  • Exposure to distributed or global delivery teams.
