Skills and Requirements:

  • +3 years of proven experience in SaaS support and project management
  • Proficiency in utilizing project management and version control tools such as Jira and GitHub to track progress, manage tasks, and collaborate with team members.
  • Strong understanding of web technology including backend, frontend code, mobile, big data, cloud networks, and DNS
  • Solid understanding of web development technologies including MySQL, PHP, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Excellent English skills (Advanced Level)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate teams and stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and manage project timelines.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving, with a focus on quality and attention to detail in all aspects of SaaS project management.
  • A creative individual who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments, with the ability to adapt to changing requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the support team responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the software systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues, and providing excellent customer support.
  • Conduct daily standup meetings with the project team to review progress, address roadblocks, prioritize tasks, and ensure alignment with project timelines.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor project sprints, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries.
  • Conduct quick code reviews and push critical time-sensitive updates to both staging and production environments.
  • Work with the team to identify, troubleshoot, plan, and execute both reactive and proactive system updates to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with upper management and the IT Support Lead to align project goals with organizational objectives.
  • Manage the quality assurance team, ensuring adherence to quality standards and facilitating thorough testing of SaaS applications.
  • Ensure code is properly documented, maintainable, and scalable.
  • Facilitate training sessions to improve team members' skills and knowledge
