What will make you the best fit:

• Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, specifically within the mortgage or real estate industry.
  

• Strong knowledge of US mortgage concepts, procedures, and the real estate market.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence others effectively.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
• Availability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection.

• Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.

• Additional language proficiency is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.

• Strong communication skills and a growth mindset orientation

What you will do:

• Provide introduction calls with new customers, and communicate through various channels, including video calls, email, and chat.

• Engage with clients to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide relevant information.

• Assist in sales efforts by persuasively communicating the value proposition of our services and offerings.
• Coordinate with mortgage and real estate professionals to facilitate transactions and resolve issues.

• Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making and business development initiatives.
