Role Overview

This is a hybrid technical and operational role for a versatile full-stack developer with strong systems administration experience. You will collaborate directly with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to build and maintain digital ecosystems that power our business including websites, CRMs, automations, and AI integrations.

Youll take ownership of full project lifecycles from architecture and development to deployment, optimization, and maintenance ensuring our systems run seamlessly and securely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize CRM/CMS platforms and connected web systems.

  • Manage and enhance integrations between tools such as Ontraport, Close, Zapier, n8n, WordPress, Oncehub, and Microsoft 365.

  • Build, test, and deploy automated workflows in n8n and Zapier connecting sales, marketing, and customer systems.

  • Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins aligned with marketing goals.

  • Manage and optimize APIs (Facebook Graph API, Google Cloud, GA4, Tag Manager, AdWords, etc.).

  • Handle server administration including AWS S3, server security, DNS, SSL, firewalls, updates, and backups.

  • Implement and manage AI tools and agents, train models, and maintain custom datasets for automation and personalization.

  • Manage on-demand webinars, online calendars, and integrations between scheduling and CRM tools.

  • Support marketing with light graphic design, video compression, and web asset optimization.

  • Ensure system security, compliance, and performance across the tech stack.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business ideas into scalable digital solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

Core Technical Skills

  • Full-Stack Development: PHP, Python, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3

  • CRM & Automation Platforms: Ontraport, Close, Zapier, n8n (expert-level workflow builder)

  • CMS: WordPress (custom theme and plugin development required)

  • Cloud & API Experience: AWS (S3), Google Cloud, Facebook Graph API, GA4, Tag Manager, AdWords

  • Web Systems & Security: Server setup and maintenance, SSL, DNS, firewalls, security best practices

  • AI/ML: Experience implementing AI models, tools, and automation agents

  • Design & Media: Photoshop, video compression, and web asset optimization

  • Productivity Tools: Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive)

Soft Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in American English

  • Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities

  • Comfortable in fast-paced, marketing-driven environments with frequent change

  • Self-motivated and proactive, capable of identifying issues and driving solutions independently

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in online education, e-learning, or real estate industries

  • Familiarity with on-demand webinars and marketing funnels

  • Understanding of sales funnel architecture, landing page optimization, and tracking automation

  • Strong grasp of responsive design and mobile UI optimization

  • Experience managing multi-domain ecosystems connected to CRM and marketing tools
