Role Overview
We are seeking a Principal Network Project Engineer to lead high-impact, global network refresh initiatives across multiple company sites. This role requires extensive experience designing, architecting, and executing next-generation network infrastructures, ideally within manufacturing environments. The Principal Engineer will own strategic decision-making, stakeholder alignment, financial stewardship, and organizational change leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead global network refresh programs, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and business priorities.
- Architect next-generation network solutions, partnering with business owners to analyze the current environment and propose scalable improvements.
- Oversee financial stewardship of the network project budget: resource allocation, cost optimization, and investment prioritization.

Guide teams and stakeholders through technological and organizational change, ensuring stability and clarity during transitions.
- Manage end-to-end change management including remediation, risk mitigation, documentation, and change control processes.

Ensure project delivery on time and with high technical quality,
making critical decisions based on experience and technical judgment. - Build trusted relationships with IT leaders, business leaders, and cross functional teams.
- Produce high-quality technical documentation, runbooks, and process artifacts.

Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Cisco Routing/Switching/Core Strong expertise
- Ruckus Switch/Core Strong expertise.
- Firewalls: Checkpoint, Cisco, Palo Alto (preferred)
- Zscaler Zero Trust
- Strong background in network design, architecture, and project leadership.
