Business Analyst

Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support enterprise technology initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, supporting Agile delivery processes, coordinating with stakeholders, and helping teams improve visibility and decision-making through reporting and process analysis.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and organizational skills, experience working with cross-functional teams, and the ability to translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and organize business and functional requirements.
• Support Agile teams with user stories, backlog organization, and project tracking activities.
• Coordinate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and priorities.
• Create and maintain project documentation, reports, dashboards, and process documentation.
• Analyze operational or business data to support decision-making and process improvements.
• Support reporting and visualization initiatives using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Assist with process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain documentation within Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration platforms.

Must Have Requirements

• Experience working as a Business Analyst, Project Analyst, or related role within technology environments.
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with reporting or dashboards.
• SQL knowledge.
• Experience using Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise technology or software development projects.
• Exposure to process improvement or operational analysis initiatives.
• Experience working with cross-functional or distributed teams.
