Overview

We are looking for a Technical Analyst to support enterprise technology operations, integrations, and system analysis initiatives within a complex environment. This role will be responsible for supporting technical troubleshooting activities, validating integrations, analyzing system behavior, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure stable and efficient operations.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical mindset, analytical problem-solving skills, and experience working with APIs, system integrations, and technical support processes.

Responsibilities

• Support technical analysis, troubleshooting, and incident investigation activities.
• Validate and support APIs, integrations, and system connectivity processes.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and support teams to resolve technical issues.
• Analyze logs, system behavior, and operational data to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
• Support scripting and automation tasks when required.
• Participate in technical documentation and operational support activities.
• Assist with system monitoring, testing, and validation processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to technical operations and integrations.

Must Have Requirements

• Experience working in Technical Analyst, Application Support, Systems Support, or related technical roles.
• Experience working with APIs and Postman.
• Familiarity with Linux environments.
• Basic scripting knowledge (Shell, Python, or similar).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting technical systems, integrations, or operational processes.
• Ability to work closely with technical teams in fast-paced environments.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise applications or integrations.
• Experience working with cross-functional or distributed teams.
