Chief Finance Officer - BALI

Our client Real Estate department offers a selection of over 1000 hand-picked, verified investment properties with high ROI and low maintenance. This position will responsible for:

• Direct the company's financial planning, reporting, goals, objectives, and budgeting.
• Prepare all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax reports, client reports, and other.
• Monitor and control accounting, finance operations, tax, corporate finance and corporate strategy.
• Compare sales and profit projections to actual figures and budgeted expenses to actual expenses; make or oversee any necessary adjustments to future projections and budgets.
• Supervise and manage all finance department personnel.
• Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports.
• Develop, maintain, and improve policies and procedures related to company's finance.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements and monthly reports.
• Set up and oversee the companys finance IT system.
• Ensure compliance with the law and companys policies.
• Drive the companys financial planning.
• Perform risk management by analyzing the organizations liabilities and investments.
• Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organizations operation.
• Oversee all payroll reports.

To succeed in this CFO role, you will at least have:

• 7 years of relevant experiences with over 3 years as a Finance Director or CFO
• You will also need to have strong communication capabilities, analytical and creative thinking, also strong leadership
• Having a CA, CPA, MBA qualification will be a strong advantage.
• Prior experiences in Property Management, Real Estate & Hospitality is highly desirable.
• Demonstrate high level of professionalism, honesty, integrity and work ethics
• Willing to be placed in one of the most beautiful destinations in the world: BALI
