Job Summary

The Architectural Coordinator will support architectural coordination and planning for building works. This role involves preparing architectural layouts and drawings, planning work schedules, reviewing and coordinating architectural design elements, raising RFIs for technical issues, and working closely with project teams to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with design intent and project standards.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and prepare wall setting-out plans, reflected ceiling plans (RCP), and review all related architectural drawings for accuracy and compliance with design intent.

Develop and maintain architectural work schedules to align with project timelines and deliverables.

Raise RFIs (Requests for Information) and follow up on technical issues to resolve discrepancies and propose practical solutions.

Work closely with consultants, structural, M&E, and other discipline teams to ensure seamless coordination of architectural works.

Assist in reviewing architectural drawings and interface with other disciplines to identify and resolve design conflicts.

Ensure architectural deliverables meet project standards, specifications, and regulations.

Prepare and submit architectural documentation, plans, and technical proposals as required.

Attend project meetings and site coordination discussions to support implementation of architectural works.

Maintain clear records of RFIs, drawings submissions, revisions, and correspondence related to architectural coordination.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in Architecture, Building Technology, or a related discipline (recognized by relevant authorities).

5 to 8 years experience in architectural coordination or related work within building construction projects.

Strong understanding of architectural drawings, detailing, and reflected ceiling plans.

Experience coordinating architectural work with other disciplines including structural and M&E.

Able to raise and manage RFIs and support resolution of technical design/site issues.
