About the job Property Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining company properties, including restaurants, offices, and storage facilities.

  • Support scheduling of repairs, maintenance, and inspections.

  • Help manage vendor communications and contracts for facility services.

  • Assist in tracking property expenses and preparing reports.

  • Support health, safety, and regulatory compliance checks.

  • Maintain property records, inventory, and documentation.

  • Participate in property-related projects and initiatives.

  • Perform administrative tasks as assigned by the Property / Facilities Manager.

Job Requirements:

-Undergraduate student or recent graduate in Property Management, Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Interest in property management and operational support.

  • Good organizational and administrative skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Good in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, preferably with F&B industry exposure.
