About the job Property Intern
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in monitoring and maintaining company properties, including restaurants, offices, and storage facilities.

Support scheduling of repairs, maintenance, and inspections.

Help manage vendor communications and contracts for facility services.

Assist in tracking property expenses and preparing reports.
-
Support health, safety, and regulatory compliance checks.

Maintain property records, inventory, and documentation.

Participate in property-related projects and initiatives.

Perform administrative tasks as assigned by the Property / Facilities Manager.
Job Requirements:
-Undergraduate student or recent graduate in Property Management, Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Interest in property management and operational support.

Good organizational and administrative skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
-
Good in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, preferably with F&B industry exposure.
