Field Collection Officer

Job Description:

• Follow up overdue clients by phone calls, messages, and field visits.
• Follow up overdue clients by phone calls, messages, and field visits.
• Negotiate repayment plans with delinquent clients.
• Monitor repayment behavior and ensure timely collection.
• Recover non-performing loans (NPL) and minimize company losses.
• Conduct client visits for overdue accounts.
• Investigate client business operations, repayment capacity, and asset status.
• Coordinate repossession activities for secured assets.
• Prepare collection and recovery reports.
• Support legal action processes and court documentation.
• Update collection status in to management
• Investigating and negotiating with NPL customers (Late 90 – 360 days) to settle overdue amounts or secure property.
• Investigating all write-off clients (Over 360 days) to recover the property.
• Handling repossessed assets such as vehicles, tractors, heavy equipment, and other equipment.
• Initiating legal proceedings and sending lawyer and court letters to NPL customers.

Job Requirement:

• At least bachelor degree of law, business, management, marketing, banking and finance or communication.
• Experience 1-2 years relates to field.
• Ensuring the effective functioning of the company's recovery efforts to align with both short-term and long-term strategies.
• Having a solid understanding of asset financing business and its nature.
• willing to Learn new strategies to improve the performance of the recovery team and achieve KPIs.
• Willingness to travel to 25 cities and provinces.
• Undertaking other tasks relevant to the recovery function and disciplines.
