Key Responsibilities

  • Trend & Platform Research: Continuously research algorithm changes, emerging formats, and viral trends across Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Telegram, and other relevant platforms.
  • Training Delivery: Design and deliver regular training sessions/workshops for the team on: trending content formats, boosting/ad techniques for maximum effectiveness at lower budgets, hook writing, social media policy compliance, content planning and development, video production tips and techniques, and smartphone-based (mobile) video editing.
  • Training Content Development: Develop simple, practical training materials, guides, cheat sheets, and internal playbooks the team can quickly apply to daily work.
  • Tool & Technique Testing: Test and evaluate new tools, apps, and techniques (editing apps, boosting strategies, trending audio/effects) before rolling them out to the team.
  • Policy Awareness Training: Train the team on each platform's community standards, advertising policies, and copyright rules to help prevent page restrictions and violations.
  • Performance-Based Coaching: Track which trends, hooks, and techniques are driving results and share these insights with the team and Team Leader.
  • One-on-One Coaching: Coach individual team members (Host/Scriptwriter, Videographer/Editor) to improve specific skills based on performance and platform changes.
  • Collaboration with Team Leader: Work closely with the Team Leader to align training priorities with content performance data and business goals.
  • Knowledge Management: Maintain an internal knowledge base/training library that is kept current as platforms and trends evolve.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or training/coaching roles.
  • Demonstrated, current knowledge of Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Telegram trends, algorithms, and advertising tools.
  • Experience creating or delivering training materials, workshops, or coaching sessions (formal or informal).
  • Hands-on experience with smartphone video shooting/editing apps (e.g., CapCut, InShot, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of social media advertising/boosting principles and budget-efficient campaign techniques.
  • Excellent presentation, coaching, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong research skills and genuine passion for staying current on fast-changing social media trends.
  • Ability to translate complex or technical platform changes into simple, actionable guidance for the team.
  • Creative eye for hook writing and short-form content strategy.
  • Practical, hands-on video editing skills via smartphone/mobile apps.
  • Strong understanding of social media policies and copyright considerations.
  • Good interpersonal skills to mentor and motivate team members at different skill levels.
  • Number/frequency of training sessions delivered and team attendance/participation.
  • Measurable improvement in team content performance following training (engagement, reach, cost-per-result).
  • Reduction in policy/copyright-related issues after policy training.
  • Adoption rate of new techniques, tools, or trends introduced to the team.
