Job Responsibilities
-Assist to Procurement Manager in reporting, daily task, developing processes to standardize and maximize our process efficiency and control of our internal operations.
-Support Procurement Manager in developing criteria and checklists to meet Company's requirements and policies in terms of product specification, quality, service and reliability standards help the purchasing team/procurement team evaluate suppliers' proposals as well as measure the suppliers' performance.
-Implement procurement and supply chain policies/procedures and plans. Coordinate the supplier tender process, purchasing activities and reporting
-Support Procurement Manager in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
-Implement procurement policies/procedures and plans to ensure cost savings/greater economies of scale. Drive compliant behaviors within and outside the organization
-Work closely with team members and provide guidance, training and support direct reporting staff to optimize their contributions.
-Monitor and review inventory forecast to insure adequate inventory is available to meet consumption demand base on sale and market trend while
minimizing excess and obsolete inventories. Check and review with procurement team on Master order file base on daily, weekly consumption, and marketing plan to process ordering.
-Identify cost savings to meet goals; develop cost modelling and automate costing process. Analyze and evaluate the product pricing trends on the existing as well as new products to identify opportunities to purchase. Quotation management (cost down and cost up analysis, new quotation cost analysis).
- Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility. Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements, Supplier monitor and evaluation review.
- Evaluate and coordinate all inputs to master in purchase planning for both local and oversea purchase: lead time, safety stock, demand forecasts,
consumption, risk of item to expire vs cost and maintaining the minimize of products re-orders.
- Review historic sales trends and growth rates, summarize data, and look over forecast results. Stay current and up to date on any changes that may
affect the supply and demand of needed products and materials and advise others of any impact.
- Check and verify all Daily, Weekly, and Monthly report of all Purchasing, payment, shipment track, Suppliers Performance Track, and other report as required by manager.
- Coordinate and check with team to control all purchase order to be sure all equipment’s/items are delivered to Warehouse/Store with right QTY, UOM, good quality and condition.
- Coordinate with Operation team, Project team, IT team, Logistic team, and Account team to be sure all process: PO, Receiving the items,
and payment are smoothly completed and verify.
- Take & solve all inventory's issue/concern, and report to procurement manager for further take action
- Lead and monitor warehouse team on Inventory control at warehouse by checking temperature of each items, right location of putting all items and CBM calculation, accurate dimension, minimize the expired inventory, transportation cost and storage charge.
- Check and verify all Invoice and related document to Accounting team for payment process.
- To determine the ways to optimize service levels, maintain procurement efficiency, and minimize cost.
- Adhoc tasks that is assigned by managers.

Job Requirement
-Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience.
-Preferred: Experiences with food industry related to Purchasing, Logistics, Inventory Controlling and Supply Chain management in supervisor level or equivalent at least 2-3 years.
-Commercially, financially, and ERP System aware
-Highly skilled at building and maintaining effective and productive relationships with key stakeholders and supplier

- Go to check on receiving items at warehouse or store
