Job Description:

Custom Module Development: Architect and develop complex Odoo modules from scratch, ensuring they are upgrade-compatible and performant.
System Integration: Design and implement robust APIs and middleware to connect Odoo with external systems (e-commerce, shipping carriers, payment gateways, etc.).
Performance Optimization: Conduct code reviews and database query optimization to ensure the system handles high concurrent user loads.
Business Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to map business processes to Odoo's standard features and identify where customization is truly necessary.
Technical Leadership: Lead the migration of Odoo versions (e.g., v17 to v19) and manage the deployment pipeline using Odoo.sh.
Troubleshooting: Act as the final point of escalation for critical bugs and system bottlenecks in production environments.

Job Requirement

Core Languages: Mastery of Python and a deep understanding of JavaScript (specifically for Odoo's Web Framework/OWL).
Odoo Framework: Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo (Enterprise editions).
Database Management: Expert-level knowledge of PostgreSQL, including complex queries, indexing, and optimization.
Frontend Mastery: Proficiency in XML, QWeb, and the Odoo Web Library (OWL) for building modern UI components.
