Fleet Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Click the vehicles before and after the delivery using AVRs vehicle Check
• Make sure all vehicles are clean before service delivery
• Monitor the vehicle require service date and ensure that all vehicle ready for service
• Assistant in fleet management and coordinate with the team, Client, maintenance, and insurance
• Develop and maintain relationship with all the customers
• Keep update the competitors on overall driver movement and plan
• Checking and update for Tire and Battery supplier good quality and good price
• Assist Fleet Manager to find a way to cut costs and maximize profits

Education Knowledge and Requirements

• Bachelor or equivalent in Automotive
• Vehicle knowledge background and Technical 
• cars knowledge
• Ability to work accurately with deadlines using their own initiative
• English as working languages
At least handle B2 driving license

Computer skills Excel, Word, E-mail, outlook
