§  Ford Company in Thailand, Ford Academy, Supplier, Vendor, Training Consulting Firm

Functional Responsibilities:

§  Responsible for identifying the TNA across FORD Cambodia

§  Manage whole training plan, budget, training schedule of each part training course

§  Assist General Manager in developing the development framework of career path for all roles

§  Sourcing and evaluating the training consulting company prior training agreement

§  Explore new learning concept, not just classroom learning and present this concept

§  Work with all managers to address the IDP for all roles and development development framework

§  Assist line manager to development the training & development policy in line with business

§  Responsible for leading and facilitate new project of training, such FORD Cambodia Academy.

§  Serve the Subject Matter Expert in related to training

§  Track all learning & Development record and generate report as per company’s requirement

§  producing training materials for in-house courses

§  monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers;

§  evaluating training and development programmes;

§  Other tasks assigned by General Manager 

Travel Requirements:

    •  This position is based in head office and subject to travel to provinces for training purpose in branches.

EDUCATION: 

§  Bachelor degree is desirable, Management Specialization is plus 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

 

§  2 to 4-year general HR experience in O & D and T & D

§  Proven ability to address individual and organizational need

§  Proven record of having new training concept

§  Proven record TTT, Time Management, Presentation Skill, Communication Skill and Public Speaking Skill

§  Very good English in speaking, writing and listening

§  Good planning and organisational skills

§  Proven ability to interact at all levels of an organisation

§  Sound knowledge of Ms Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook

§  Can-do attitude, self-confidence, firm stance
