Recruitment and Branding Supervisor
About the job Recruitment and Branding Supervisor
Recruitment and Branding Supervisor will work closely with our recruiters, Store Operation and stakeholder to manage sourcing, interviewing, employment processes; and promote company branding in all channels external and internally.
Recruitment:
- Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
- Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment sources
- Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
- Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies
- Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process
- Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization
- Conducts job interviews for the managerial/professional job positions (or key jobs in the organization)
- Monitors the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant
- Manages and develops the team of HR Recruiters
- Acts as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics
- Designs training recruitment for HR Recruiters and line managers
- Branding:
- Establish a company (employer) brand identity that showcases EFG unique character, values, and culture
- Establish, maintain, and instill a consistent corporate branding presence using the Corporate Branding Guidelines
- Translate our employer value proposition into powerful and creative campaigns to engage existing employees
- Drive the local employer brand for EFGC through local PR, social media engagement, and media partners
- Design, build and execute a portfolio of employee engagement and recruitment marketing content (videos, ads, etc.) to bring our employer brand to life
- Measure, analyze, and report on key performance metrics

=>Qualifications
- Proficiency in Job Description Development and an ability to craft accurate and compelling role descriptions
- Strong skills in Recruiting and Hiring, with expertise in sourcing talent through various channels
- Exceptional Communication skills, including the ability to engage with candidates and collaborate with internal teams
- Proven experience in Interviewing and assessing candidates to ensure alignment with organizational requirements
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, combining on-site duties with remote work
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in recruitment within the food and beverage or hospitality industry is an advantage
- Strong organizational and time management skills with an eye for detail
