Key Objectives:

  • Deliver the territory parts business plan to ensure achievement of budget and to identify and exploit all new parts business growth opportunities for company.
  • Specify parts sales target and create process and progress to reach the goal.
  • Achievement of sales revenue and margin objectives for assigned territory.
  • Monitor territory parts sales performance and provide forecast updates on a timely basis.
  • Analyze budget and parts sales price to be compatible with cost and market price.
  • Compare and design company price and product list aimed to be able to compete with competitors.
  • Launch campaign and promotion to match with sub-dealer/customers requirement both for price and spare parts list.
  • Conduct studies in the market place to determine competitive activity and, where appropriate, develop necessary action plans to counter activity and recover lost business.
  • Suggest and indicate parts marketing programs to improve company revenue and profit.
  • Support market intelligence for corporate parts market development initiatives.
  • Inspect parts sales information, credit limit, and follow up sub-dealers payment corresponding to due date.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, checking and negotiating parts price in order to gain advantage price and to reduce the cost of spare parts.
  • Sustain company inventory to be optimized to provide maximum levels of customer order fill and satisfaction.
  • Assist supported functions in resolution of parts shipment and supply problems.
  • To update and train sub-dealer/customer on parts related IT tools and systems.

Background and Experience:

  1. At least 5 years of experience in automotive or agricultural or heavy equipment business.
  2. Additional 2 years of experience in managing a franchise business.
  3. Demonstrate a track record of successful sales achievements.
  4. Demonstrate a track record of successful team management, development, and succession planning.
  5. Native Thai with good English communication skills.
