Overview of the Role

The Network Development Manager reports into the Managing Director of the Agricultural division. This role is pivotal in managing, develop, and maintain suitable location footprint in Thailand based on business needs, recruit new sub-dealers, new location projects execution, and compliance processes. The position requires strong leadership and coordination across functions to drive business efficiency and support long-term expansion and project initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute projects, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.
  • Oversee distributor/sub-dealer recruitment, appointment, performance, and compliance.
  • Plan and manage brand distribution footprint across Thailand.
  • Administer the distributor/sub-dealer contracts and annual performance reviews.
  • Drive sub-dealer performance improvement initiatives and mentoring programs.
  • Ensure effectiveness and legal compliance of all contracts with OEMs and vendors.
  • Maintain strong communication with internal teams, OEMs, customers, and suppliers.

Background and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or related fields.
  • At least 15 years of experience in dealer operations, preferably within automotive or agricultural industries.
  • Demonstrated excellence in operational leadership and strategic execution.
  • Strong overall experience in project management and network development.
  • High emotional intelligence for managing internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Proficiency in operational tools and software, along with strong organizational and decision-making abilities

Additional Details

This role involves moderate travel (approximately 40%) to field locations, including visits to customers, sub-dealers, and suppliers to monitor project implementation and gather market insights for strategic improvements. The position also requires active participation in business growth initiatives and cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment with RMA Group's long-term objectives.
