Job Overview:

The Business Development Officer (Parts and Services) will be responsible for selling parts and services, handling incoming calls and inquiries, managing customer complaints, scheduling appointments with current customers, and providing support across the team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to use English proficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell parts and services to customers, focusing on meeting sales targets and achieving customer satisfaction.
  • Receive incoming calls and inquiries, providing information and assistance to customers as needed.
  • Manage customer complaints effectively, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Schedule appointments with current customers for service appointments or follow-up visits.
  • Collaborate and communicate with team members, providing support and assistance as needed.
  • Undertake additional assignments or tasks as assigned by the line manager.
  • Contact customers to discuss service contract options and opportunities for ongoing business.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration (BBA) or related field (Undergraduates may also be considered).
  • Proficiency in English language (speaking, listening, writing, and reading).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across departments.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development is preferred but not required.
