Job Overview:

The Part Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing parts sales management, stock reporting, parts refill, and price calculation for overseas parts. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing people, inventory management, and proficiency in utilizing systems and tools to manage parts. Advanced skills in Excel and proficiency in English language are also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage parts sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee stock reporting and parts refill processes to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Calculate prices for parts sourced overseas.
  • Utilize systems and tools to effectively manage parts inventory and track sales performance.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the parts team, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize parts management processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze parts sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on parts sales performance, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in parts sales management and inventory management.
  • Experience in managing people and leading a team.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with advanced proficiency in English language (speaking, listening, writing, and reading).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
