Group Talent Acquistion and Branding Specialist

Overview of the role

We are seeking a Group Talent Acquisition and Branding Specialist to join our Corporate HR team, located in Bangkok. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders across the RMA Group in helping recruit the best talent for our organization. You will work with stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs, create job descriptions, post jobs, work with recruitment companies, and finalize the recruitment process with our HR teams. In addition, you will be involved in creating a fantastic onboarding experience for our newcomers, and work on initiatives to enhance our reputation as a great place to work.

As our team is diverse and interacts with our businesses globally, we are requiring somebody who is flexible to help out other team members during times of leave. As such, the willingness to go above and beyond, and the ability to communicate effectively in both Thai and English, would be critical success factors for this role

Key objectives

• Recruit talent for our corporate office in Bangkok, for specialized positions across our global entities, and support the Talent Assistant Manager and GM on recruiting senior positions across the global RMA Group
• Work with stakeholders on the recruitment validation process, to ensure right fit of role for the function
• Create job descriptions, post job advertisements, screen, and shortlist candidates
• Onboard new hires to ensure an engaging welcome for those joining RMA
• Be the subject matter expert of the recruitment system
• Create dashboards, and report on recruitment and talent metrics
• Work with Group Marketing to manage employee branding initiatives, to enhance RMAs position as a global employer of choice
• Provide administrative support, including finalizing agreements with recruitment companies, managing invoices, and others to ensure end-to-end management of the recruitment process

Background and experience

• Excellent English, both verbal and written (TOEIC 900, IELTS 8.0 and above as a guide)
• Fluency in Thai
• A degree in business, HR, or related areas
• 3+ years experience within talent acquisition with a strong willingness to learn, a good attitude, and flexibility to go above and beyond
