About the job Sales and Marketing Analyst

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Analyst to work within our Global Fleet Sales team, our entity that provides fleet and related modified vehicle solutions world-wide. This position is based in Bangkok and reports to our Asia-Pacific Regional Fleet Manager.
Key responsibilities
Sales:
- Identify and evaluate prospects using multiple sources and other methods
- Use Salesforce to track opportunities and manage customer relationships
- Manage the opportunity time-line, specifically deadlines for leads and inquiry, to ensure that all information is gathered from the team in time to submit a proposal
- Gather information about potential customers, competitors and other market factors
- Find and obtain quotes from reputable suppliers
- Use the customer information gathered to work with the Product Development and Finance teams to come up with a winning proposal strategy
- Interact with customers to provide the information they need to steer the purchase to Global Fleet Sales
- Analyze wins and losses to ensure better preparedness for the next opportunity
- Work with the sales administration team to ensure the order to delivery process goes smoothly from the receipt of the purchase order to the vehicle hand-off
- Support the growing Fleet Sales relationship with Ford Middle East & Africa
- Additional tasks as required.
Marketing:
- Prepare marketing reports & presentations by collecting and analyzing data from several marketing channels
- Generate content for use on marketing channels to increase customer awareness and lead generation
- Maintain brand image across all digital platforms
- Plan trade show presence and attend as required to promote the FGFS brand and products
Background and Experience
- 3+ years experience within a Marketing and Sales analysis role, preferably within the automotive industry (although not mandatory)
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field requiring analysis
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, with a high level of comfort in using and learning CRM software and systems (such as Salesforce)
