About the job Logistics Supervisor
1. Supervise daily logistics activities, including transportation, and order fulfillment
2. Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
3. Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
4. Collaborate with other department(e.g, Purchasing, Warehouse, and production) to align logistic operations with company goals.
5. Analyze data to forecast logistics needs and plan resources accordingly.
6. Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations, including customs and ministry.
7. Maintain proper documentation for all logistics activities.
8. Supervise and mentor logistics staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies.
9. Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
10. Assign tasks and monitor team performance.
11. Tracks and report on Key Performance Indicators(KPIs), such as on-time delivery, transportation costs, and document accuracy.
12. Use data analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
13. Build and maintain relationships with logistic service providers, suppliers and customers.
14. Address and resolves any logistic-related.
15. Post Customs Audit Report
16. Report related to customs, CDC, MOEF
17. Report Inbound and Outbound shipment.
18. Other task assign by manager.
