  • Develop and implement marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities to support sales and portfolio growth.
  • Plan, manage, and monitor marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
  • Lead the Marketing Officer, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate brand-building activities, including events, trade shows, and partnership programs.
  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with brand guidelines, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Track and report marketing KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and lead generation metrics to the CCO.
  • Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and innovative marketing practices in the leasing industry.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design value propositions and solutions tailored to target segments and partners.
  • Monitor and evaluate partnership performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth targets.
  • Participate in negotiations and support the development of commercial terms with partners and key clients.

++ JOB REQUIREMENT

  •  Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years in marketing roles, preferably in financial services, leasing, automotive, or consumer finance.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, social media, and traditional marketing channels.
  • Excellent communication, copy-writing, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset for measuring campaign effectiveness.
  • Fluent in Khmer and English.
