About the job Sales Director

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for heavy equipment (construction & industrial sectors).
  • Identify opportunities in infrastructure, construction, agriculture, and mining industries.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Coach and develop team capability.
  • Build strong relationships with contractors, developers, NGOs, and government projects.
  • Identify and secure large-scale projects and tenders.
  • Manage high-value and strategic clients.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Drive revenue, margin, and profitability.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and budgets.
  • Work closely with after-sales/service team to ensure customer support.
  • Collaborate with marketing for campaigns and branding.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years in senior leadership role.
  • Strong experience in heavy equipment / construction equipment / industrial machinery.
  • Strong leadership & team management.
  • Strong network in construction & infrastructure sector in Cambodia.
