Sales Director
About the job Sales Director
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for heavy equipment (construction & industrial sectors).
- Identify opportunities in infrastructure, construction, agriculture, and mining industries.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Coach and develop team capability.
- Build strong relationships with contractors, developers, NGOs, and government projects.
- Identify and secure large-scale projects and tenders.
- Manage high-value and strategic clients.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Drive revenue, margin, and profitability.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and budgets.
- Work closely with after-sales/service team to ensure customer support.
- Collaborate with marketing for campaigns and branding.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years in senior leadership role.
- Strong experience in heavy equipment / construction equipment / industrial machinery.
- Strong leadership & team management.
- Strong network in construction & infrastructure sector in Cambodia.
