Job Description:
  • Manage drivers for schedule daily operations supports and claim OT for drivers if any, 
  • Daily check facility to ensure it is always cleaned and proper. 
  • Control operation cars and demo cars and set a regular inspection schedule and claim to insurance for any accident. 
  • Arrange operation and demo car for sales team and marketing events.
  • Well managed petty cash expenses report and claim on time to finance. 
  • Record all operation expenses with proper report and filling.
  • Other Task will assigned by manager

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration or any relate to field
  • Fresh Graduate are encourages to apply
  • Can Speak English 
  • Flexible Person and can work overtime if required
  • Can use computer microsoft.
  • Good Communication and Friendly
  • hard working and strong commitment
