About the job Admin Officer and Receiptionist
Department: HR and Admin
Reporting Line: HR Manager
1. Reception:
• Welcoming guest, bring guest to concerned department/staff,
• Arrange transportation,
• Airport pick up
• Central person to received letters/documents from vendors/customers and passing it to concern person/department
2. Administrative:
• Arrange transportation for guest or company
• Airport pick up, flight/hotel booking for guest or employees
• Assist in organizing the event for the company or employees (staff party, team building, birthday…)
• Booking flight / hotel for guest or new expat employees
• Arrange Visa extension for expat employees with agency
• Ensure the meeting rooms are organized, clean, properly booked/scheduled
• Purchasing and controlling office stationaries to make sure that it serves the need of the employees and company
• Monitor the maintenance of Printer and copy machines, and its toners
• Monitor the schedule of monthly Aircon maintenance in the office
• Manage cleaner and ensure the cleanliness in the office
• Working and coordinating with office landlord with general property matters (repair, maintenance, cleaning, waste…)
• Coordinating with brands to dispatch training materials and marketing materials to store if needed
• Managing drivers and cleaner; and ensure their tasks are properly performed
• Other tasks assigned by Manager
Job Requirement
- University student, Fresh graduate or bachelor degree in business administration or any related field
- Willing to learn and support team
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good communication and customer service skill
