Our Limassol office is expanding, and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Dealer to join our dynamic Dealing Room.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain the companys trading platforms and systems, ensuring accurate execution of trades and smooth operation of liquidity and pricing.

• Execute clients transactions in FX, commodities, indices, and other instruments.

• Oversee risk exposure, conduct hedging activities, and manage liquidity and P&L in real-time.

• Ensure all trading operations comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.

• Liaise with liquidity providers, bridge providers, and other trading counterparties.

• Collaborate closely with risk, compliance, and IT departments to ensure operational efficiency.

• Identify and report any trading anomalies or irregularities.

• Develop and implement trading strategies to manage risk and increase profitability.

• Provide support and mentoring to junior dealers and help optimize the team's performance.

• Generate and analyze reports related to trading activity, exposure, and market behavior.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Dealer in the Forex industry, with a focus on regulated environments.

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.

• Strong understanding of financial markets, trading platforms (e.g., MT4/MT5), and bridge technology.

• Solid experience in risk management, exposure monitoring, and liquidity handling.

• Excellent analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is mandatory.

• Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of SQL or other database tools is an advantage.

• CySEC certification is highly preferred.
