Indian affiliate manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven AƯiliate Manager to join our team in

the Forex industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and

managing high-performing aƯiliate networks, with a specific focus on the Indian

market. You will be responsible for recruiting, activating, and optimizing aƯiliate

partnerships that drive high-quality traƯic, deposits, and conversions from India. The

role can be done from anywhere and is remote

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute aƯiliate marketing strategies targeting the Indian market.

Identify, recruit, and onboard new aƯiliate partners with proven traƯic sources in

India.

Cultivate strong relationships with top-performing aƯiliates, providing support,

performance feedback, and growth opportunities.

Monitor aƯiliate activity, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns

to maximize ROI.

Ensure aƯiliates adhere to regulatory, compliance, and brand guidelines relevant

to Forex marketing.

Collaborate with product, legal, and compliance teams to align aƯiliate

marketing eƯorts with local regulations.

Provide regular performance reports to management and suggest improvement

strategies.

Attend regional industry events and aƯiliate expos (online and in-person) to

expand the network.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in aƯiliate marketing, preferably in Forex, crypto, or

online trading.

Demonstrated success managing aƯiliates focused on the Indian market.

Deep understanding of Indian online traƯic channels, aƯiliate networks, and

compliance nuances.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance data.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Familiarity with aƯiliate platforms and tracking tools (e.g., Cellxpert, Everflow,

HasOƯers, Impact).

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven

environment.

Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in managing regional CPA, CPL, and Revenue Share deals.

Knowledge of financial regulations and advertising guidelines relevant to India.

Existing network of Indian Forex or financial aƯiliates.
