Your Role:

As a Customer Sales and Support Agent, your typical duties will include:

Assisting customers via phone, email, and chat

Providing detailed product information and resolving customer issues

Meeting and exceeding sales targets and goals

Selection Process:

This is a relocation job position, and we are looking for candidates who meet the following

requirements:

Secondary education with a school-leaving examination

Follow-up or higher professional education

Proficiency in one of the following languages:

Czech: Advanced (C1)

Slovak: Advanced (C1)
