Infra Tech Lead – B2B AI

Senior Go engineer who leads without becoming a manager? Be the technical anchor of a new tiger team in New York.

A Series B AI company builds the agent platform behind more than a hundred enterprise sales teams. It's building a tiger team of senior product engineers in New York. As tech lead you'd own architecture on the agent platform, ship a flagship feature within six months, and mentor seven to eight engineers, with direct access to the product leadership in a flat, collaborative team.

They're hiring 2 tech leads: one infra-leaning, one product-leaning.

What you'll own

• Architecture decisions on the AI agent platform
• A flagship feature within your first six months
• Growing seven to eight engineers into senior contributors

Must-haves

• Strong production Go and deep distributed-systems experience, shaped inside a B2B product
• 3+ years at one company and a tech-lead track record (not pure IC, not an engineering manager)
• 6+ years of experience (roughly 6–8)
• In the New York office five days a week (required)

Bonus points

• An architectural tradeoff you made yourself, and the result
• Conversational AI, CRM integration or call analytics
